Ebb and Flow

Gentle readers, as you surely know by now, some things have changed in our little home and your MatchGirl is looking for work. While I've picked up some freelance stuff and I've been having some great conversations, the fact of the matter is that I'm home a lot.

And because of this, your MatchGirl needs to pick up some of the slack - things that Boyfriend may have taken care of while I was writing, but we were both working loads of hours. It's part of any relationship, finding that perfect ebb and flow, to keep your head on straight, to keep the apartment clean, to stay connected with your partner, even though you might not say a word.

It's these little hiccups that make us realize how lucky we are to have found what we've got. To have what - and who - we have, no matter the situation.
